A design-led studio working in water, stone, fire and green — from first sketch to long-term care.
Aquafy Studio is not a contractor that happens to build waterfalls. We are a design studio whose material is water — and, increasingly, the stone, fire, timber and green that surround it.
Everything we do runs through one team: design, engineering, fabrication, construction and maintenance. That single line of responsibility is why our features still look right five years after handover.
Mission
To make water the most memorable element in every space we touch — designed as architecture, engineered to last, and cared for long after handover.
Vision
To be the studio that architects, developers and homeowners across Pakistan call first when water, outdoor living or green space is part of the brief.
How it started
Founder story
Aquafy Studio began with a simple frustration: beautiful water features were being installed badly, and failing within a year. Leaks, stained stone, weak flow, dead lighting. The answer was to control the whole chain — design it, engineer it, fabricate it, build it and maintain it under one roof.

How we got here

2018
The first waterfall
A single residential garden waterfall in F-7, built to prove that engineering-first design outlasts decoration-first design.

2020
Our own workshop
Stainless steel and glass fabrication brought in-house so tolerances and finishes stopped depending on third parties.

2022
Commercial work
First hotel and corporate lobby installations, and the beginning of formal AMC contracts.

2024
Outdoor living & landscape
The studio widened beyond water into pergolas, planting, lighting and permanent botanicals.

2026
The Consultancy Office
A Blue Area showroom where clients can see, hear and touch working features before committing.
